“This is another track I created for my own heavy weight training sessions, sharing a similar position to ‘Iron Will -Pump Up Anthem-‘. I aimed to fuse elements of Groove Metal, Industrial, and Electronic sounds. The core idea was to use pure ‘sound pressure’ – driven by heavy drums, distorted bass, vocal chants, industrial noise, and maybe some eerie synths – to express themes like ‘weightiness,’ ‘power,’ and ‘oppression versus liberation,’ inspired by high-load exercises like bench presses. It’s about stoically aiming for your absolute peak!”
