The copyright of all AI-Generated Music provided on the Site belongs to the Operator, Nanasuke (hereinafter “Operator”). The copyright of all jacket images and videos provided on the Site belongs to the Operator. The Operator grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI-Generated Music within the scope specified in these Terms. Users may use AI-Generated Music for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly transmit, commercially exploit, etc., AI-Generated Music without the permission of the Site. If a User violates these Terms, legal action may be taken based on copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
